Girl Talk is Gregg Michaels DJ name. The way Girl Talk makes music is through sampling. Sampling different songs and putting them together to create something new, something different, something unique.
It's actually quite amazing what Girl Talk can do with these samples. So fair use is the term to that allows people to use small bits of other people's work and create something unique. Sometimes it's used in such a way to just steal from other artists and try and profit off of it. Some people say this is what Girl Talk is doing. None of the samples he uses are "his" but through the use of fair use, he can create something fantastic.
Should Girl Talk profit off of "other" people's work? Or is he creating something wholly unique to him that allows it to be something different? I think he is making something that belongs to him. Remix has been happening for years. Nothing is ever original. Everything that we create as humans is based upon experience and our environment. Girl Talk is just being a bit more honest on his creations.

This article is talking about how the more interactive a website is, the more people will come to it and use the website. It talks about liking on Facebook, taking polls and surveys, if you website has "live chat" and many more things.
You can measure interactivity by just page views, putting some sort of "like" feature on your website, how many clickable links you have, some sort of 2 way communication like the live chat option, really any number of things.

Social media is all about brand. You are building your brand for potential employers, companies, or even friends. If all your post abut is how much you drink, or pictures of your puppy, or things that are way to personal to be on social media, your brand may not be the best looking thing in the world.
Authenticity is definitely the better one. You want to be real, you don't want to lie about your brand on social media. People won't trust you. Simple as that.

Blog Post #2
I agree with Reed's law the most. In short, it makes the most sense. It says that it steadily increases due to people network connections, basically. It doesn't get more self-explanatory than that. It explains how the network grows through connections and peoples' interest. If a business wants to grab a larger audience they find a like minded person and connect. Then that person connects to two more people, those two people connect to two more people, and so on and so forth. It just makes sense.
I think people will be receiving their information the same way they do now. Tablets will probably be a lot more prominent. Newspapers will be closer to be out of business. Magazines, gone finally. Everything will be digital. No one will be going out to pick up their newspapers or magazines to get their daily news. I already know several people who get their news from Twitter, or Facebook already. Everything is going to the digital realm.
